Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak seasons (e.g., holidays or special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected items, and carrier options.

Estimated Delivery Times:
- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
- Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Other International Locations: 10–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays or carrier issues beyond our control.

 

Taxes and Duties

Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout for orders shipped within the United States.

For international orders (including the European Union and United Kingdom), prices shown are at checkout do not include VAT, GST, or import duties.

Depending on your country's customs policies, these charges may be collected upon delivery.
